For any changes to your order, we need 48 hours notice.
For any cancellations, we need 48 hours notice.
Any cancellations are returned as store credit.
If you do need to change the date or time, we will always help if we can but can’t guarantee it if we are booked for the date in question.
If you do need to make any changes, please call or pop into the shop, rather than email us.
If someone else is collecting the cake, please ensure they send a picture of the cake to make sure you are happy for it to leave the shop.
No receipt is required for collection, just please quote the name on the booking form, not the name on the cake.
Although great care is taken when handling ingredients, our products are not prepared in a completely allergy safe environment.
Due to factors beyond our control, we subsequently are unable to guarantee that products don’t contain traces of any of the 14 main allergens:
Nuts, Peanuts, Cereals containing: Gluten, Egg, Dairy, Soya. Also Celery, Crustaceans, Mustard, Molluscs, Fish, Lupin, Sesame, Soya, & Sulphites.
Our Glutenwise products are made with ingredients which don’t contain gluten, but are prepared and handled in a gluten environment. They therefore cannot be legally described as gluten free.
Products are consimed at the customers own risk.
